1、奎硫平聯(lián)合碳酸鋰治療雙相躁狂對(duì)照研究作者：張蓉賴玉蘭葉郁蔥鄔德純【摘要】目的探討奎硫平聯(lián)合碳酸鋰治療雙相躁狂的臨床療效及安全性。方法將70例雙相障礙躁狂發(fā)作患者隨機(jī)分為兩組各35例，研究組給予奎硫平聯(lián)合碳酸鋰治療，對(duì)照組給予氯丙嗪聯(lián)合碳酸鋰治療；觀察6w。于治療前及治療2w、6w末應(yīng)用BeckRafaelsen躁狂量表及副反應(yīng)量表評(píng)定臨床療效和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療6w末，研究組顯效率88.2%、有效率97.1%；對(duì)照組分別為84.8%、96.9%。兩組比較均無顯著性差異（P＞0.05）。BeckRafaelsen躁狂量表評(píng)分，治療2w末起兩組均較治療前有顯著性下降（P＜0
