1、T淋巴瘤侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移誘導(dǎo)因子1表達(dá)水平在胃癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移中的意義作者：續(xù)薇，單洪麗，劉力華，張恩穎，關(guān)寶杰，王冠軍【摘要】目的定量檢測(cè)T淋巴瘤侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移誘導(dǎo)因子1(Tiam1)在胃癌組織中的表達(dá)水平，探討并評(píng)價(jià)其在胃癌淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移中的作用。方法采用TaqMan探針實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR方法，定量檢測(cè)66例胃癌患者癌組織、癌旁組織及11例胃良性病變組織中的Tiam1mRNA拷貝數(shù)，同時(shí)將CK18作為淋巴結(jié)微轉(zhuǎn)移的標(biāo)志基因，定量檢測(cè)24例病理診斷無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的胃癌患者199枚淋巴結(jié)的CK18mRNA拷貝數(shù)。結(jié)果66例胃癌患者的癌組織92.42%(61/66)

2、Tiam1mRNA表達(dá)陽性，而癌旁為19.70%，胃良性病變組織11例只檢測(cè)到1例Tiam1mRNA表達(dá)，胃癌組織Tiam1mRNA陽性率高于癌旁組織(χ2=70.86)和良性病變組織(χ2=41.74)(均P<0.01)，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=78.96，P<0.01)。胃癌組織中Tiam1mRNA表達(dá)量明顯高于癌旁和良性病變組織(4.92×105vs.0)。66例患者根據(jù)淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移分為3組；24例病理無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移的胃癌患者通過淋巴結(jié)CK18mRNA的定量檢測(cè)，15例存在微轉(zhuǎn)移。微轉(zhuǎn)移組(9.51×104)及病理轉(zhuǎn)移組(2.
