1、竹蓀提取液對(duì)砷中毒大鼠血細(xì)胞參數(shù)的影響作者:羅鵬,張愛華,吳應(yīng)寬,汪希蘭,潘雪莉【摘要】目的:分析竹蓀提取液對(duì)砷中毒大鼠血細(xì)胞15項(xiàng)參數(shù)的影響,為防治砷中毒及竹蓀資源的開發(fā)利用提供依據(jù)。方法:As2O3經(jīng)口染毒,建立砷中毒動(dòng)物模型,竹蓀提取液灌胃14d,采用F820半自動(dòng)血細(xì)胞分析儀測(cè)定實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物血細(xì)胞參數(shù)。結(jié)果:(1)與正常對(duì)照組比較,砷中毒模型組紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)(RBC)、紅細(xì)胞壓積(HCT)、淋巴細(xì)胞絕對(duì)值(WSCC)、血小板(PLT)顯著降低,P<0.05或P<0.01;紅細(xì)胞血紅蛋白含量(MCH)、平均紅細(xì)胞血紅蛋白濃度(MCHC)顯著升高,P
2、<0.05或P<0.01;(2)與砷中毒模型組比較,竹蓀治療組RBC、血紅蛋白(HGB)、HCT呈現(xiàn)升高趨勢(shì),MCH呈降低趨勢(shì),MCHC隨竹蓀劑量升高而降低,高劑量組差異具有顯著性(P<0.05),平均紅細(xì)胞體積(MCV)、紅細(xì)胞體積寬度(RDWCV)呈升高趨勢(shì)且高于正常對(duì)照組;白細(xì)胞(WBC)、WSCC、中性粒細(xì)胞絕對(duì)值(WLCC)呈上升趨勢(shì);淋巴細(xì)胞百分?jǐn)?shù)(WSCR)在竹蓀低劑量組顯著性降低(P<0.05),而后隨劑量增加呈上升趨勢(shì);中性粒細(xì)胞百分?jǐn)?shù)(WLCR)在竹蓀低劑量組顯著性升高(P<0.05),而后隨劑量增加呈
