1、無張力疝修補與傳統(tǒng)疝修補術(shù)治療腹外疝的臨床對比研究作者：何建軍，許克勤，湯建華，劉常岳，李宗浩，文霞初，劉及時，朱文勝，蔡銀忠，張建凱，吳閩華［摘要］目的探討無張力疝修補術(shù)治療腹外疝的臨床效果。方法回顧分析2003年7月~2005年12月無張力疝修補78例（A組），傳統(tǒng)疝修補417例（B組），對比分析兩組臨床資料。結(jié)果（1）平均手術(shù)時間：A組50min，B組61min；兩組差異無顯著性（χ2=3.0356，P>0.05）；（2）平均住院日：A組4.3天，B組9.1天，兩組差異有顯著性（χ2=
2、10.5996，P<0.005）；（3）平均醫(yī)療費用：A組3980.2元，除外材料費2000.2元，B組2097.13元，兩組差異無顯著性（χ2=2.056，P>0.05）；（4）平均術(shù)后下床活動時間：A組12.4h，B組192.4h，兩組差異有顯著性(χ2=11.3459，P<0.005)；（5）平均術(shù)后恢復(fù)日?；顒訒r間：A組4天，B組59天，兩組差異有顯著性（χ2=13.1575，P<0.005）；（6）術(shù)后并發(fā)癥：A組29.5%，B組57.3%，兩組差異有顯著性（χ2
