1、不同劑量丙泊酚對(duì)內(nèi)毒素誘導(dǎo)兔心肌損害的保護(hù)作用作者;王勇,屠蘇,孫凱,徐鑫榮【摘要】目的探討不同劑量丙泊酚對(duì)內(nèi)毒素血癥兔心肌損害的保護(hù)作用及可能的機(jī)制。方法通過(guò)連續(xù)注射內(nèi)毒素復(fù)制內(nèi)毒素血癥動(dòng)物模型。新西蘭大白兔35只,雌雄不限,隨機(jī)分為5組:正常對(duì)照組(A組)、內(nèi)毒素對(duì)照組(B組)、內(nèi)毒素并丙泊酚2mg/(kg·h)(C組)組、內(nèi)毒素并丙泊酚5mg/(kg·h)組(D組)、內(nèi)毒素并丙泊酚10mg/(kg·h)組(E組)。各丙泊酚治療組均為內(nèi)毒素注入后30min后予丙泊酚持續(xù)靜脈泵入。300min內(nèi)觀察動(dòng)物的動(dòng)脈收縮壓(SBP),血清TNF-α,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)取血測(cè)心肌肌鈣蛋白濃度
2、(cTnI)、心肌丙二醛(MDA)濃度。應(yīng)用SPSS11.0分析數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果(1)內(nèi)毒素對(duì)照組血壓呈不可逆下降,而正常對(duì)照組血壓沒(méi)有明顯改變,丙泊酚能有效緩解內(nèi)毒素導(dǎo)致的血壓下降;(2)給予內(nèi)毒素300min后心肌MDA、cTnI,與A組比較B組顯著升高(P<0.01),與B組比較,C、D、E三組均能不同程度地逆轉(zhuǎn)心肌MDA、cTnI的升高(P<0.01或0.05),降低血清TNF-α水平。結(jié)論早期、適量的丙泊酚對(duì)內(nèi)毒素誘導(dǎo)的心肌損害可以起到一定的保護(hù)作用,其機(jī)制可能與丙泊酚抑制TNF-α生成、抑制體內(nèi)脂質(zhì)過(guò)氧化有關(guān)?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】脂多糖類;丙泊酚;肌鈣蛋白;丙二醛;腫
