1、海參花水提物對(duì)環(huán)磷酰胺誘導(dǎo)小鼠生殖系統(tǒng)受損的影響摘要：目的本文旨在探討海參花水提物對(duì)環(huán)磷酰胺誘導(dǎo)的小鼠生殖系統(tǒng)受損、卵巢早衰（POF）的保護(hù)作用。方法雌性昆明小鼠隨機(jī)分組，除空白組每天注射生理鹽水外，其余各組連續(xù)5天腹腔注射環(huán)磷酰胺28（mg/kg），造成小鼠生殖系統(tǒng)紊亂，建立小鼠卵巢早衰模型。放免法檢測(cè)血清雌二醇含量（E2)、孕酮（P)含量，比較各組小鼠間子宮、卵巢、脾、胸腺等臟器重量，并進(jìn)行小鼠卵巢、子宮組織形態(tài)學(xué)觀察。結(jié)果連續(xù)用藥4周后，與模型組相比，海參花水提物各劑量組均能顯著增加小鼠的子宮、卵巢、胸腺等臟器重量（P<0.05,P<0.01）,顯著提高E2、P含量（P<0.05
