1、海參花水提物對(duì)環(huán)磷酰胺誘導(dǎo)小鼠生殖系統(tǒng)受損的影響摘要:目的本文旨在探討海參花水提物對(duì)環(huán)磷酰胺誘導(dǎo)的小鼠生殖系統(tǒng)受損、卵巢早衰(POF)的保護(hù)作用。方法雌性昆明小鼠隨機(jī)分組,除空白組每天注射生理鹽水外,其余各組連續(xù)5天腹腔注射環(huán)磷酰胺28(mg/kg),造成小鼠生殖系統(tǒng)紊亂,建立小鼠卵巢早衰模型。放免法檢測(cè)血清雌二醇含量(E2)、孕酮(P)含量,比較各組小鼠間子宮、卵巢、脾、胸腺等臟器重量,并進(jìn)行小鼠卵巢、子宮組織形態(tài)學(xué)觀察。結(jié)果連續(xù)用藥4周后,與模型組相比,海參花水提物各劑量組均能顯著增加小鼠的子宮、卵巢、胸腺等臟器重量(P<0.05,P<0.01),顯著提高E2、P含量(P<0.05

7、gotAfewbayonets,duetomissedfatal,whennightcamesystem海參(seacucumbers)屬于棘皮動(dòng)物門海參綱,不但營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富,而且富含多種有益于人體健康的生理活性物質(zhì),素有“海中人參”之稱[1]?,F(xiàn)代研究表明,海參中含有海參多糖、海參皂苷、脂肪酸和膠原多肽等多種生物活性物質(zhì),具有抗凝血、抗腫瘤、免疫調(diào)節(jié)、延緩衰老、降血脂等多種生物學(xué)活性[2-3]。海參卵俗稱海參花,是海參加工過程中產(chǎn)生的廢棄物之一。
