2、樹(shù)脂色譜柱上分離,繪得洗脫曲線。結(jié)果1O種海參多糖的總糖、硫酸根、糖醛酸和氨基糖含量的波動(dòng)范圍分別為4O.33~62.11,19.54~29.95。9.85~13.38和4.92~1O.18中性單糖測(cè)定表明10種海參多糖均含有巖藻糖和半乳糖,部分含有甘露糖和葡萄糖,且?guī)r藻糖含量很高。1O種海參多糖在陰離子交換樹(shù)脂色譜柱上的洗脫曲線明顯不同,除仿刺參多糖和日本刺參多糖外,其余8種海參多糖均在鹽濃度為3.2tool·L的洗脫條件下洗脫完全。結(jié)論不同海參多糖在化學(xué)組成上差異明顯,其在陰離子交換樹(shù)脂色譜柱上分離的洗脫曲線也呈現(xiàn)不
