1、ChinJMarDrugs,2007February,Vol.26No.1中國海洋藥物雜志2007年2月第26卷第1期不同海參多糖的化學(xué)組成分析比較盛文靜,薛長湖,趙慶喜,徐杰,李兆杰,孫妍(中國海洋大學(xué)食品科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,山東青島266003)摘要:目的選取當(dāng)前市場銷售的品質(zhì)不一的10種海參,分析比較其多糖的化學(xué)組成。方法采用酶解法和乙醇沉淀提取不同海參多糖,以總糖、硫酸根、糖醛酸、氨基糖和中性單糖含量為指標(biāo),進(jìn)行化學(xué)組成分析比較,并在QSepharoseFF陰離子交換樹脂色譜柱上分離,繪得洗脫曲線。結(jié)果10種海參多糖的總糖、硫酸根、糖醛酸和氨基糖含
2、量的波動范圍分別為40.33%~62.11%,19.54%~29.95%,9.85%~13.38%和4.92%~10.18%。中性單糖測定表明10種海參多糖均含有巖藻糖和半乳糖,部分含有甘露糖和葡萄糖,且?guī)r藻糖含量很高。10種海參多糖在陰離子交換樹脂色譜柱上的洗脫曲線明顯不同,除仿刺參多糖和日本刺參多糖外,其余8種海參多糖均在鹽濃度為3.2molL-1的洗脫條件下洗脫完全。結(jié)論不同海參多糖在化學(xué)組成上差異明顯,其在陰離子交換樹脂色譜柱上分離的洗脫曲線也呈現(xiàn)不同特點(diǎn)。關(guān)鍵詞:海參;多糖;化學(xué)組成;洗脫曲線;分析中圖分類號:R959.269.06;R931.
