1、萬方數(shù)據(jù)長木蜂蜂糧釀制過程中pH值和花粉活力的測定賀春玲1’2，嵇保中“，劉曙雯3(1．河南科技大學林學院，河南洛陽471003；2．南京林業(yè)大學，南京210037；3．南京中山陵／gt管理局，南京213004)摘要：測定手采新鮮的芍藥花粉、芍藥長木蜂Xylocopatranquebarorum(Swedems)花粉和不同釀制時間蜂糧樣品的平均pH值，結果分別是6．19、5．92和4．05(40日齡蜂糧)。隨著釀制時間的延長，蜂糧的pH值下降，2日齡蜂糧到3日齡蜂糧的pH值從5．57降至4．82，下降速率明顯。經(jīng)測定，紫藤長木蜂花粉和不同日齡蜂糧樣品中紫藤花粉的純度均在98％以上
