1、萬方數(shù)據(jù)長木蜂蜂糧釀制過程中pH值和花粉活力的測定賀春玲1’2,嵇保中“,劉曙雯3(1.河南科技大學林學院,河南洛陽471003;2.南京林業(yè)大學,南京210037;3.南京中山陵/gt管理局,南京213004)摘要:測定手采新鮮的芍藥花粉、芍藥長木蜂Xylocopatranquebarorum(Swedems)花粉和不同釀制時間蜂糧樣品的平均pH值,結果分別是6.19、5.92和4.05(40日齡蜂糧)。隨著釀制時間的延長,蜂糧的pH值下降,2日齡蜂糧到3日齡蜂糧的pH值從5.57降至4.82,下降速率明顯。經(jīng)測定,紫藤長木蜂花粉和不同日齡蜂糧樣品中紫藤花粉的純度均在98%以上
