1、紅河學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)摘要近年來,隨著數(shù)控機床、組合機床、加工中心、車削中心和加工單元等高科技機床產(chǎn)品的出現(xiàn)。使得機械加工中的鉆孔、擴孔、鉸孔、攻絲等工序變得越來越便捷、高效。對此,傳統(tǒng)鉆穿在機械加工中所處的地位及發(fā)展趨勢越來越受到了人們的關(guān)注與質(zhì)疑。其實,從機械制造業(yè)的發(fā)展來看,繼續(xù)發(fā)展立式鉆床,不僅是很有的,也是很有前途的。因為孔加工是機械加工中非常廣泛的工序,幾乎貫穿整個機械加工。本次設(shè)計以能加工簡單孔的ZJ4113立式鉆床為例,在Solidworks軟件基礎(chǔ)之上詳細介紹立式鉆床的設(shè)計及典型零部件三維建模的方法。全文
2、共分為5章。第1章緒論簡單地介紹立式鉆床的背景及目前國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀;第2章詳細地介紹立式鉆床的機械結(jié)構(gòu)與原理及Solidworks軟件簡介;第3章介紹立式鉆床典型零部件的建模方法;第4章介紹立式鉆床典型零部件的裝配方法;第5章介紹裝配動畫、爆炸動畫及運動模擬動畫的制作。旨在通過虛擬技術(shù),清晰地展現(xiàn)立式臺鉆的機械結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理。關(guān)鍵詞:ZJ4113立式臺鉆;Solidworks;建模;虛擬技術(shù);動畫紅河學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)紅河學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計)ABSTRACTInrecentyears,withCNCmachine,c
