1、口腔鱗癌中DCs浸潤的臨床意義萬敏1馮紅超2宋宇峰(通訊作者>3(1遵義市第五人民醫(yī)院口腔科貴州遵義563000)(2貴陽市口腔醫(yī)院口腔外科貴州貴陽550001)(3貴陽醫(yī)學(xué)院口腔頌面外科貴州貴陽550001)【摘要】目的:研究口腔鱗癌組織(OSCC)中樹突狀細(xì)胞(DCs)的浸潤密度的臨床意義。方法:釆用免疫組織化學(xué)染色S-P法檢測S-100表達(dá)標(biāo)記DCs,根據(jù)臨床情況進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:OSCC中DCs浸潤密度低于正常對照組(P=0.016),無轉(zhuǎn)移組OSCC組織內(nèi)DCs明顯高于轉(zhuǎn)移組,(P=0.010)oDCs浸潤

7、CC占90%,男性明顯高于女性,發(fā)病年齡以40-60歲多見[1-2]。機(jī)體的抗腫瘤免疫以T細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞免疫起主要作用,而樹突狀細(xì)胞(dentriticcells,DCs)是激活T細(xì)胞的主要抗原提呈細(xì)胞,DCs是來自骨髓造血干細(xì)胞并主要在骨髓分化形成的具有多種生物學(xué)效應(yīng)的一類免疫細(xì)胞,因蘇具奮強(qiáng)大的抗原提呈能力和誘導(dǎo)初始T細(xì)胞活化的能力,被認(rèn)為是體內(nèi)功能最強(qiáng)的抗原提呈細(xì)胞(antigen–presentingcell,APC)。S-100是0前最常用于免疫組化檢測腫瘤浸潤性DCs的抗體,本文采用免疫組化方法,
8、用S-100表達(dá)情況檢測47例OSCC組織和11例正常UI腔粘膜組織中DCs的浸潤密度,探討DCs浸潤對OSCC生物學(xué)行為的影響。1.材料與方法1.1材料1.1.1選取2007-2010年來貴陽醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院口腔頌面外科術(shù)前未經(jīng)化療、放療的,并術(shù)后經(jīng)病理證實的OSCC標(biāo)本47例。腫瘤細(xì)胞分化按照七年制《病理學(xué)》教材三
