1、構建和諧醫(yī)患關系的探討——以哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學“一死三傷”的血案為例摘要：隨著我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生體制改革的不斷深入，雖取得了一定成績，但也出現(xiàn)了一些不和諧的問題，醫(yī)患關系的緊張就是當前社會各界關注的熱點之一。醫(yī)患之間缺乏信任，加之當前城鄉(xiāng)居民普遍認為的“看病難、看病貴”等社會問題，加重了個人看病的負擔，患者把矛頭指向了醫(yī)療單位，使患者對醫(yī)療部門產(chǎn)生怨氣，從“八毛門”到“錄音門”；從把“活嬰當死嬰”到醫(yī)院的暴力流血事件；當前醫(yī)患之間的矛盾尖銳、沖突時有發(fā)生，并且存在暴力行為,而醫(yī)患之間的這種矛盾和沖突已然成為一種不可忽視的社會問題。如何預防和化解醫(yī)患糾紛和沖突，建立正確的醫(yī)患關系是事關社會和諧的
2、大事，也是醫(yī)院、病患及社會各界義不容辭的責任。和諧社會是我們一貫的追求,而構建和諧的醫(yī)患關系是走向和諧社會的必經(jīng)之路，因此從現(xiàn)實中探索化解醫(yī)患矛盾，改善醫(yī)患關系的途徑，對構建社會主義和諧社會具有重大的現(xiàn)實意義。本文用哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學“一死三傷”的案例探討了構建和諧醫(yī)患關系的重要性和迫切性，進而提出構建和諧的醫(yī)患關系建議。關鍵詞：醫(yī)患關系和諧溝通理解信任Discussiononbuildingaharmoniousdoctor-patientrelationship—HarbinMedicalUniversity--Taking"onedeathandthreeinjuries"murd
