1、Vitapex糊劑治療乳牙根尖周炎的臨床療效觀黑龍江省森工總醫(yī)院黑龍江哈爾濱150040【摘要】目的：探討Vitapex根充糊劑治療乳牙根尖周炎的臨床效果及安全性。為乳牙根尖周炎患者感染的減少提供借鑒和指導(dǎo)。方法：選擇乳牙根尖周炎患兒80例，患牙112顆，隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各40例，觀察組患兒采用Vitapex糊劑，對(duì)照組采用氧化鋅丁香油糊劑，比較兩組治療效果并隨訪6個(gè)月。對(duì)其在醫(yī)院治療過(guò)程中治療的有效率和疼痛發(fā)生率進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果：治療后1周門(mén)診復(fù)查，觀察組患牙58顆，疼痛發(fā)生率15.5%。對(duì)照組患牙54顆，疼痛發(fā)生率27.8%,觀察組疼痛發(fā)生率
