1、鋼沙坦氨氯地平片治療老年高血壓患者的療效觀察（河南魯山縣人民醫(yī)院河南平頂山467300）【摘要】目的：研討老年高血壓病患者運用纈沙坦氨氯地平片治療的臨床適用性與安全性。方法：從我院2013年1月-2016年1月選取300例老年高血壓病患者做隨機(jī)非盲法分組試驗，每組100例，1組接受纈沙坦膠囊治療，11組接受苯磺酸氨氯地平片用藥，III組接受纈沙坦氨氯地平片口服，對該三種方案的臨床應(yīng)用情況作比較和評估。結(jié)果：m組患者在接受治療后可取得91.0%的總有效率，與I、II組的68.0%和70.0%相比顯著提高，統(tǒng)計學(xué)
2、成立（PC0.05）。治療前，三組患者的血壓水平相比差異不大，統(tǒng)計學(xué)不成立（P〉0.05）,治療12周后，III組的SBP、DBP指標(biāo)值與其余兩組相比均顯著改善，統(tǒng)計學(xué)成立（P<0.05）。三組患者在接受治療期間均未產(chǎn)生明顯的毒副癥狀。結(jié)論：對老年高血壓病患者運用纈沙坦氨氯地平片治療，藥物療效好、安全系數(shù)高，對改善患者血壓水平非常有幫助，值得推薦使用?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】老年高血壓?。豪i沙坦氨氯地平片：適用性：安全性【中圖分類號】R544.1【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】A【文章編號】1007-8231（2016）22-0022-02
