1、摘要通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)代維(外包)的服務(wù)模式已成為國(guó)際上通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)維的一種模式;在國(guó)內(nèi),通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)維領(lǐng)域中代維服務(wù)是一個(gè)迅速發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè),這種服務(wù)模式在各通信運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)已不同程度被采用。大量的通信代維公司應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,很多的設(shè)備廠商也在利用自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)逐漸進(jìn)入代為市場(chǎng)。通信代維行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐漸進(jìn)入白熱化階段,成本控制能力將被用來(lái)作為衡量企業(yè)能否繼續(xù)生存的重要標(biāo)志。根據(jù)企業(yè)的總體目標(biāo)和工程項(xiàng)目的具體要求,在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中,對(duì)項(xiàng)目整體成本進(jìn)行有效的組效、實(shí)施、控制、跟蹤、分析和考核等管理活動(dòng),以達(dá)到強(qiáng)化經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、完善成本管
