4、ges;culturaldissimilarity;translation摘?要:動物習(xí)語以其豐富的比喻形象，獨特的作用和表現(xiàn)力，在英漢兩種語言中都占有一席之地。英漢動物習(xí)語的異同反映了人類文化進化的二重性。文章運用大量的實例，從生存環(huán)境、宗教信仰、習(xí)俗、外來語四個方面分析了產(chǎn)生動物習(xí)語文化差異的原因，指出在進行跨文化交際時，不僅要準(zhǔn)確無誤地傳達信息，更要重視隱含在其中的文化信息。因此，當(dāng)我們翻譯英語習(xí)語時，應(yīng)該了解中英之間的文化差異，在翻譯中切不可望文生義或是生搬硬套，應(yīng)力求忠實地傳達源語作品的精神和思想，開拓文化視野，豐富譯語詞匯；并通過翻譯實現(xiàn)文化互動和文化交流。
