4、ustomsandbehaviorsandotheraspectsoftheculturesinwhichthoselanguagereside.Inaword,languageisamirrorofculture.Hereinmythesis,ImainlyfocusonsomecolorwordsbothinChineseandEnglish.Weknowtherearemanyconspicuouscontrastsbetweenthetwolanguages,sothecolorwordsare.Scholarshaveexplor
5、edthemforhundredsofyears.Iaminterestedinthissubjecteither.Iwritethispaperbasedontheresearchofthosegreatpersonsandroughlyexploretheculturalandlinguisticgapbetweenthetwolanguagesconcerned.Thescientificresearchshowsthatthereareasmanyastwomillionkindsofidentifiedcolorsinthewor
