2、inesePharmacopoeiarecordedesculentaedibleandmedicinalvalue,insomeareasevensubstituteforthetraditionalChinesemedicineCordycepssinensis.Esculentawithnourishingyin,kidneyfunctions,regularconsumptioncanenhancethebodyresistivity.Usingitasrawmaterial,“shootsfrozensoil”isal

3、sooneofourcountrycoastalpeoplefavoritefoods.AtpresentaboutPhascolosomaesculentahasbeguntotakeshape,butitsdevelopmentandutilizationdegreeislow,onlyconsumptionasanourishingfood,thepotentialmedicalvaluehasnotyetbeendeveloped.Polysaccharideisacombinationofmonosacchatidem

4、oleculardehydrationg,widelyfoundinthenature,istheimportantbioactivesubstance.Polysaccharidewidelyinvolvedinsubstancetransportation,immuneregulation,cellidentificationandotheractivitiesofthebody.Inthisthesis,thePhasolosmaesculentapolysaccharide(Phasolosmaesculentapoly

5、saccharide,PEP)astheresearchobject,throughtheextractionprocessoptimizationofactivepolysaccharidesandthecomponentfunctionofPEPtesttoevaluatetheanti-sepsis,studiestheimmunefunctionofactivepolysaccharidesonmiceadjustmentfunction.StudiesontheantioxidantactivityofPhasolos

6、maesculentapolysaccharidesextractionprocess.Onthebasisofsingle-factor,thesinglefactorconditionDPPH?scavengingactivityasanindex,todeterminetheextractiontime,theamountofenzymeextracttheoptimumrangeoftemperature.Throughtheresponsesurfaceoptimizationanalysis,optimization

7、andgettheoptimalextractionconditions.Theresultsshowedthatoptimalextractionconditionswere65℃,7hand10000U/g.Undertheseconditions,theexperimentalyieldsofpolysaccharideswas0.879±0.001%,whileDPPH·scavengingactivitywas72.5%.UndertheoptimumconditionobtainedtheactivePEP,anal
