4、果不能早期診斷及治療，下肢深靜脈血栓急性期可因血栓脫落造成肺栓塞，危及生命。下肢深靜脈血栓后綜合征可引起下肢腫脹等一系列并發(fā)癥，影響生活質(zhì)量。在提倡健康中國的大環(huán)境下，下肢深靜脈血栓的預(yù)防就顯得尤為重要。分析下肢深靜脈血栓形成的危險因素，以此為根據(jù)，查閱最近幾年關(guān)于下肢深靜脈血栓的預(yù)防研究文獻(xiàn)，本文就DVT的物理預(yù)防(梯度壓力彈力襪、間歇充氣加壓裝置、踝泵運動等)及藥物預(yù)防（肝素、維生素K拮抗劑、新型口服抗凝藥）進(jìn)行簡單綜述。關(guān)鍵詞：深靜脈血栓形成,肺栓塞,血栓后綜合征,危險因素,物理預(yù)防,藥物預(yù)防1英文摘要PreventionofDeepVeno
