2、械、電子、電力拖動、自動控制、自動檢測、故障診斷和計(jì)算機(jī)等方面的技術(shù)。數(shù)控機(jī)床的高精度、高效率及高柔性決定了大力推廣使用數(shù)控機(jī)床是我國制造業(yè)提高制造能力和水平,提高市場適應(yīng)能力和競爭能力的必由之路。數(shù)控銑削加工是機(jī)械加工中最常用和最主要的數(shù)控加工方法之一,加入WTO以來,我國汽車工業(yè)、航空航天工業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展,大量具有復(fù)雜曲面的零件如模具、葉片和螺旋漿等,都需要用數(shù)控銑床進(jìn)行加工。本設(shè)計(jì)以數(shù)控銑床加工工藝、編程與操作為核心內(nèi)容,重點(diǎn)介紹了數(shù)控銑床加工工藝,數(shù)控銑床的編程方法,數(shù)控銑床的操作方法,典型零件數(shù)控銑床加工綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)等方面的知識及應(yīng)用實(shí)踐技能
