2、ess.However,duetotheimproperleadership,manyemployeeswhohaveknowntheproblemsintheorganizationstillremainsilence,whichhinderthetransverseandlongitudinalinformationcommunication,whicheventuallyledtotheorganizationonthevergeofdilemmalosingthebesttimetoimproveefficie
3、ncyinoperation.Inordertoexploretheinfluencefactorsofemployees’silencebehavior,thisstudyadoptsquestionnairesurveytoinvestigate303employeesin3enterprisesfromZhengzhou,Kaifeng,andXinxiang.Thispaperistostudytheeffectofauthoritarianleadershipexertsonemployees’silence
4、behavior,andthemediatingroleoforganization-basedself-esteem.Theresultsshowthat:1.Inthevarianceanalysisofthedemographicvariableonemployees’silencebehavior,employeesdon’thavesignificantdifferenceinthethreeaspectsofeducation,ageandjobage,buttherearesignificantdiffe
