1、情景模擬教學法在護理人員在職培訓中的應用效果探析【摘要】目的:探令情景模擬教學法在護理人員在職培訓中的應用效果。方法:選取2015年5月-2016年5月期間本院60名在職培訓護理人員作為研究對象,所選護理人員均采用情景模擬教學法,通過培訓前后護理人員理論考核成績與護理人員對情景模擬教學法的看法,對情景模擬教學法的應用效果作出評價。結(jié)果:情景模擬教學法實施后護理人員理論考核成績高于實施前,比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。在護理人員對情景模擬教學法的評價中,90.00%的護理人員認為其可提升自身學習積極性,93
2、.33%的護理人員認為其對臨床護理工作具有指導意義,85.00%的護理人員認為理論水平和實踐能力都有提高,90.00%的護理人員認為在職培訓效果被提升,95.00%的護理人員認為其可活躍課堂氛圍,93.33%的護理人員喜歡該教學方式,95.00%的護理人員認為其可增加自身對戰(zhàn)勝臨床工作的信心。結(jié)論:護理人員在職培訓中采用情景模擬教學法效果較好,能有效提高護理人員的理論成績,增強其護理專業(yè)技能,改善每位在職護理人員的溝通能力,團隊協(xié)助能力,護理責任心,提高其分析、解決問題的能力,有效提升醫(yī)院護理質(zhì)量
