1、XX大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文納米珍珠粉對(duì)大鼠深I(lǐng)I°燒傷創(chuàng)面愈合的影響2014年6月25日作者:崔淑芳,郝光榮,湯球,孫偉,曹平【摘要】目的研究納米珍珠粉對(duì)大鼠深I(lǐng)I。燒傷創(chuàng)面愈合的影響并與微米珍珠粉在燒傷愈合中進(jìn)行藥效比較。方法納米珍珠粉、微米珍珠粉(0.5g/只)分別與甘油按1:1配制成混合液。以微米珍珠粉組與自然愈合組作對(duì)照,納米珍珠粉組為實(shí)驗(yàn)組。測(cè)定大鼠14%深I(lǐng)I。燙傷后7、15、21天的創(chuàng)面愈合率、創(chuàng)面組織學(xué)觀察以及皮膚疑脯氨酸的含量。結(jié)果納米珍珠粉組創(chuàng)而愈合率較微米珍珠粉組、自然愈合組高(P<0.05或PV0.01
2、);燒傷后3天各組皮膚耗脯氨酸含量均低于正常(PV0.01),納米珍珠粉組減少程度小于其他組;傷后5天各組HP含量有所恢復(fù),尤以納米珍珠粉組顯著高于自然愈合組及微米珍珠粉組;10天后各組明顯升高,而納米珍珠粉組HP含量的升高差界有非常顯著性(PV0.01)。結(jié)論納米珍珠粉可以促進(jìn)大鼠深I(lǐng)I。燒傷創(chuàng)而的愈合,其愈合作用明顯高于微米珍珠粉(P<0.05)o【關(guān)鍵詞】納米珍珠粉;微米珍珠粉;燒傷;羥脯氨酸[Abstract]ObjectiveTostudytheefficiencycomparisonbetweennano
