1、納米珍珠粉對大鼠深Ⅱ°燒傷創(chuàng)面愈合的影響作者：崔淑芳，郝光榮，湯球，孫偉，曹平【摘要】目的研究納米珍珠粉對大鼠深Ⅱ°燒傷創(chuàng)面愈合的影響并與微米珍珠粉在燒傷愈合中進行藥效比較。方法納米珍珠粉、微米珍珠粉(0.5g/只)分別與甘油按1∶1配制成混合液。以微米珍珠粉組與自然愈合組作對照，納米珍珠粉組為實驗組。測定大鼠14%深Ⅱ°燙傷后7、15、21天的創(chuàng)面愈合率、創(chuàng)面組織學觀察以及皮膚羥脯氨酸的含量。結果納米珍珠粉組創(chuàng)面愈合率較微米珍珠粉組、自然愈合組高(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)；燒傷后3天各組皮膚羥脯氨酸含量均低于正常(P＜0.01)，納米珍珠粉組減少程度小于其他組；傷
