1、前血關合2018-03-2910:29:48中國現代醫(yī)生2018年5期瞿正旭［摘耍］戸的探討復方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合疑苯磺酸鈣治療糖尿病視網膜病變的臨床療效。方法選取2016年1月?2017年1月我院住院治療的糖尿病視網膜病變患者70例，根據治療方法不同分為觀察組35例、對照組35例。兩組均予皮下注射胰島素或口服降糖藥治療，控制患者空腹血糖<7.0mmol/L,餐后2h血糖<9.0mmol/Lo同時指導患者飲食，給予降壓和降脂治療。對照組予疑苯磺酸鈣片口服，3粒/次，每天3次，觀察組在對照組治療的基礎上聯(lián)合復方血栓通膠囊口服
2、，500mg/次,每天3次，兩組均連續(xù)治療5個月。結果治療后，觀察組患者的臨床總有效率明顯高于對照組，兩組療效組間比較差異具有顯著性(x2=8.732,P<0.05)。兩組患者的視力及視野情況治療后較治療前均明顯改善，其中與對照組治療后比較，觀察組患者的視力明顯提高，視野MD值明顯縮小，組間比較差異顯著(PV0.05)。結論復方血栓通膠囊聯(lián)合疑苯磺酸鈣治療糖尿病視網膜病變效果確切,叮使患者的視力明顯提高，改善視功能，值得臨床推廣和應用。［關鍵詞］糖尿病視網膜病變；復方血栓通膠囊；疑苯磺酸鈣；視力；視野［中圖分類號］R5
