2、業(yè)激勵(lì)機(jī)制及馬洛斯需要層次理論的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了闡述,探討了激勵(lì)機(jī)制的重要性,并根據(jù)施工企業(yè)人員組成的特性,將員工劃分成勞務(wù)型和管理技術(shù)型,結(jié)合馬洛斯的需要層次理論,分析員工的不同需要,提出相應(yīng)的激勵(lì)措施,并分析施工企業(yè)在構(gòu)建員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制與實(shí)行中可能出現(xiàn)的問題,最后提出自己對(duì)施工企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)機(jī)制構(gòu)建的看法與建議。關(guān)鍵詞:施工企業(yè),需要層次理論,激勵(lì)機(jī)制構(gòu)建24成都理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)StudyonConstructionoftheexcitationmechanisminConstructionEnterpris
