7、atedfertilization,increasetheuseoforganicfertilizers,strengthenthepurchaseofagriculturalplasticfilms,subsidizefarmersforbuyingdegradableplasticfilms,vigorouslypromotewater-savingprojectsandusepoliciestosupportwater-savingproductionandtechnology.今年，九三學(xué)社中央提出的《關(guān)于加
