7、、新的教材、新的課程評價(jià)觀,強(qiáng)烈沖擊著現(xiàn)有的教師教育體系,對師生關(guān)系的改革提出了新的更高的要求。一、老課程體系下的師生關(guān)系。長期以來,社會(huì)期待教師在處理師生關(guān)系時(shí),把家庭中的父子關(guān)系作為參照框架(所謂“師徒如父子”,“一日為師,終身為父”...)。要求教師對學(xué)生嚴(yán)加管束,而學(xué)生必須對教師絕對服從。整個(gè)教學(xué)過程中,主要關(guān)心教師的教,忽視學(xué)生的學(xué);重視知識的傳遞,忽視學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)過程中的非智力因素等等。課堂上,教師期望的是學(xué)生按教案設(shè)想作出回答,教師的任務(wù)就是努力引導(dǎo)學(xué)生,
