1、創(chuàng)業(yè)策略、創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)知與績效關(guān)系研究侮斌浙江大學(xué)管瑰學(xué)院摘要Y59611S本研究在以往創(chuàng)業(yè)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略管理和創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)知的觀點(diǎn),探討了刨鼗策略和翎業(yè)認(rèn)知的過程特征,對(duì)公司的創(chuàng)監(jiān)策略、創(chuàng)業(yè)效能感、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知覺和創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究,并對(duì)公司創(chuàng)業(yè)階段、組織結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)在公司創(chuàng)業(yè)策略和剖泣認(rèn)翔特征上的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了醑究。同時(shí),通過榜料闋讀、訪談、案鍘和悶卷研究為公司的創(chuàng)業(yè)管理和創(chuàng)業(yè)精神培養(yǎng)提供了一些建議。研究采瘸案鐨分轎幫薅港譎查籀結(jié)臺(tái)豹方法,調(diào)查了羽余家金監(jiān)靜276名員工,研究艇本上誠實(shí)了構(gòu)思假設(shè),主要結(jié)論如下:1.《馥策略主要包耩疆下尼令方覆:螽我交革策硌、穰薪繁溱、行麓領(lǐng)先策略、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)策略、
2、基于計(jì)劃的創(chuàng)業(yè)策略、基于機(jī)遇的創(chuàng)業(yè)策略,并且對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)績效蠢蹇接豹澎嚷。2.創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)知特征包括創(chuàng)業(yè)效能感和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)知覺,創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)知特征對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)績效有纛接夔影嘀。3.創(chuàng)業(yè)策略通過創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)知對(duì)績效發(fā)生作用,創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)知對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)策略和創(chuàng)業(yè)績效怒裂較大中分l乍j{l。4.不同規(guī)模、企業(yè)性質(zhì)、創(chuàng)業(yè)時(shí)問的公司創(chuàng)業(yè)策略存在明顯熬異,創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)知水平也昵駐不固,但是不閱行業(yè)、就業(yè)除段和管瑾層次對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)策贍穢認(rèn)鰓農(nóng)平的影響沒有鼴著差異。5.組織結(jié)構(gòu)中的集權(quán)稷度特點(diǎn)、公司創(chuàng)業(yè)時(shí)聞(創(chuàng)業(yè)階段)對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)鑲贍和創(chuàng)業(yè)認(rèn)知起到顯著的交互作用。6。創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)策略要強(qiáng)于非創(chuàng)業(yè)型企業(yè),怠4飄策略、財(cái)務(wù)效能和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)容忍均弱于非御姚企業(yè),二者之

5、racteristicsofentrepreneurshipstrategyandentrepreneurialcognitionscharacteristicsunderthefactorssuchasentrepreneurialstagesofcompaniesandtheorganizationalstructures.Atthesametime,wewouldprovidesomesuggestionsforentrepreneurialmanagementthroughquestionnairesurvey,interviewandcaseanalysis.Twohund
6、redandseventy-sixemployeesfrommorethansixtiescompaniesparticipatedintheinterviews,casestudiesandquestionnairesurvey.Thehypotheseswerelargelysupported.Themainresultswereshowedasfollows:(1)Entrepreneurshipstrategyconsistedofself-renewalstrategy,innovationstrategy,proacfivestrategy,businessventuri
7、ngstrategy,plan—basedstrategyandopportunity-basedstrategy.Entrepreneurshiphadadirectsignificantinfluencetothecorporateperformances.(2)Thecharacteristicsofentrepreneurialcognitionsincludedentrepreneurialself-efficacyandriskpercepti
