1、團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力結(jié)構(gòu)及其與豳隊(duì)績效關(guān)系赴殲究團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力結(jié)構(gòu)及其與團(tuán)隊(duì)績效關(guān)系研究摘要團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力是團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部個(gè)體情緒智力最終整合的結(jié)果,它反映了一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)感知、評價(jià)、調(diào)節(jié)和表達(dá)組織環(huán)境中各種情緒信息的綜合能力。這種能力改善了團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)外人際關(guān)系,使團(tuán)隊(duì)整體更好地適應(yīng)工作環(huán)境,并對團(tuán)隊(duì)績效最終實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)揮積極作用。因此研究團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力己成為現(xiàn)代組織行為學(xué)研究的新點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。.本研究旨在探討團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力結(jié)構(gòu)及其與對團(tuán)隊(duì)績效的影響。在綜述相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,.本文做如下兩方面的研究:研究一,嘗試性●地構(gòu)建團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力整合模型,通過探索性和驗(yàn)證性分析提出并探討了團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力的構(gòu)成維度,運(yùn)用方
2、差分析,描述性分析探討了團(tuán)隊(duì)●情緒智力在團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)模、團(tuán)隊(duì)組團(tuán)時(shí)間、團(tuán)隊(duì)類型、團(tuán)隊(duì)所處階段上的特點(diǎn);研究二,通過構(gòu)建以凝聚力為中介變量,團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力與團(tuán)隊(duì)績效的關(guān)系模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)了團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力與團(tuán)隊(duì)績效具有顯著性相關(guān),并進(jìn)一步通過在團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力和團(tuán)隊(duì)績效之間建立多元回歸方程分析了團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力和團(tuán)隊(duì)績效的影響。主要結(jié)論如下:1.團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力是團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部成員個(gè)體情緒智力整合的最終結(jié)果,其維度主要是有團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者情緒智力、團(tuán)隊(duì)成員平均情緒智力以及團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力整合水平構(gòu)成?!?.團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力在團(tuán)隊(duì)規(guī)模、團(tuán)隊(duì)類型、團(tuán)隊(duì)所處階段等方面1團(tuán)隊(duì)情緒智力結(jié)構(gòu)及其與豳隊(duì)績效關(guān)系赴殲究存在差異性a3
