1、兩南大學(xué)碩七學(xué)位論文摘要促進(jìn)中部崛起戰(zhàn)略研究科學(xué)社會(huì)主義與國(guó)際共產(chǎn)主義運(yùn)動(dòng)專業(yè)碩士研究生許玉峰指導(dǎo)教師陳躍教授摘要改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)．我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)保持了平穩(wěn)、較快的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)．東部沿海地區(qū)更是獲得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。然而，由于國(guó)家長(zhǎng)期實(shí)行的區(qū)域{}均衡發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)90年代后，中、西部地區(qū)與東部地區(qū)的發(fā)展差距逐漸拉大，由此而引發(fā)的一系列矛盾和社會(huì)問(wèn)題日益突出。如何逐步縮小地區(qū)差距，促進(jìn)區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，黨和國(guó)家對(duì)此高度重視，自1992年開(kāi)始，中央不斷調(diào)整區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，逐步實(shí)施中西部地區(qū)城市對(duì)外開(kāi)放，并先后提出實(shí)施西部大開(kāi)發(fā)、振興東北地區(qū)等老
2、_[業(yè)基地、促進(jìn)中部地區(qū)崛起戰(zhàn)略。在中央提出促進(jìn)中部地區(qū)崛起以來(lái)，有關(guān)中部發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等問(wèn)題，已成為理論界和學(xué)術(shù)界討論研究的熱點(diǎn)課題，反映出研究中部崛起問(wèn)題具有重要性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性。為此，本文著重從以F幾個(gè)方面對(duì)中部崛起戰(zhàn)略及相關(guān)問(wèn)題作一初步探討．第一部分，主要分四個(gè)階段重點(diǎn)分析和闡述建國(guó)以來(lái)區(qū)域政策的演變對(duì)中部經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的影響。第-二部分，論述了中部崛起對(duì)整個(gè)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響。進(jìn)一步說(shuō)明中部崛起是推進(jìn)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建沒(méi)和保持我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定快速增長(zhǎng)的重要保障。第二部分，著重討論和分析實(shí)施中部崛起戰(zhàn)略面臨的困難及問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)中部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)
