1、天津大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于EVA的國有企業(yè)經(jīng)營者薪酬激勵機(jī)制研究姓名:王曉蕾申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)及管理指導(dǎo)教師:劉立秋20080501中文摘要在企業(yè)的發(fā)展中,最重要的是企業(yè)的管理人才,盡管中國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革和國有企業(yè)改革已經(jīng)走過了20多年的歷程,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度的框架也大致建立起來,但是企業(yè)經(jīng)營者,尤其是國有企業(yè)經(jīng)營者的薪酬激勵機(jī)制離市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的要求仍然相去甚遠(yuǎn)。如何通過薪酬激勵調(diào)動國有企業(yè)經(jīng)營者的積極性,充分發(fā)揮經(jīng)營管理人才的作用,對國有企業(yè)的改革和發(fā)展意義重大,任務(wù)也很緊迫。本文首先闡述了薪酬激勵的研究背景,分析了薪酬激勵研究的目的與意義,回顧了近年來國內(nèi)外薪酬
2、激勵研究進(jìn)展。其次,本文在大量閱讀國內(nèi)外薪酬激勵相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對國有企業(yè)、國有企業(yè)經(jīng)營者、薪酬、激勵與需要等概念進(jìn)行了重新界定,對薪酬激勵的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行了概括,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外薪酬激勵的相關(guān)理論。再次,本文闡述了西方企業(yè)經(jīng)營者薪酬激勵的運(yùn)作方式、形態(tài)及特點(diǎn),分析了目前國有企業(yè)經(jīng)營者薪酬激勵機(jī)制的構(gòu)成、存在的問題以及現(xiàn)有激勵機(jī)制的缺陷,在借鑒西方企業(yè)薪酬激勵機(jī)制成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出適合我國國有企業(yè)的激勵模式——基于EVA的虛擬股票期權(quán)激勵模式。然后,本文分析了國有企業(yè)應(yīng)用EVA的必要性與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,EVA業(yè)績考核指標(biāo)的含義及EVA薪酬激勵的優(yōu)越性以及應(yīng)該注意的問題,
