1、摘要低粘度中溫固化環(huán)氧樹脂體系研究大型復(fù)合材料構(gòu)件如風(fēng)力發(fā)電葉片等,其成型工藝大多選用液體模塑成型技術(shù)(LCM),這種成型工藝一般要求樹脂體系具有低的黏度,低的固化溫度,高的反應(yīng)活性等等,同時樹脂體系還要有增韌的作用。環(huán)氧樹脂增韌的方法很多,如添加熱塑性塑料、液體橡膠、超支化聚合物等,但是增韌后的樹脂體系的黏度很大,同時固化溫度也很高,因此不適合LCM成型工藝。而Jem衄ines柔性胺類固化劑具有黏度低,固化反應(yīng)溫度低,能夠滿足LCM成型技術(shù)的基本要求。本實驗采用IPDA和JeffaInineT403作
2、為固化劑,研究了低粘度、中溫固化環(huán)氧樹脂體系的力學(xué)性能,分析了拉伸斷裂面的微觀形貌,并采用理論計算和DMTA法研究了T403/IPD~,DGEBA體系的交聯(lián)密度對力學(xué)性能的影響。同時采用非線性等轉(zhuǎn)化率分析方法,研究了兩種Jeff.鋤ineT403、D230,以及兩種脂肪環(huán)胺類固化劑IPDA和DMDC的固化動力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明:柔性胺Jeff.鋤ineT403能夠提高環(huán)氧樹脂的韌性,T403體系的沖擊強(qiáng)度提高約100%;隨著柔性胺JeffamineT403含量的增加,拉伸斷裂面越粗糙,樹脂基體抗沖擊能力越強(qiáng);
