1、碩.I:論文摘要我國(guó)軟件企業(yè)正處在快速發(fā)展時(shí)期,面臨激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),企業(yè)欲謀求長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,關(guān)鍵在于研發(fā)人員??茖W(xué)有效的薪酬體系可以最大限度地激發(fā)研發(fā)人員的積極性和創(chuàng)造性。因此,對(duì)軟件企業(yè)而言,設(shè)計(jì)出符合企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的薪酬體系已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文以LC公司為研究背景,首先闡述了薪酬的概念構(gòu)成,薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論以及基于能力的薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)理論框架。其次,通過薪酬滿意度調(diào)查,以及對(duì)LC公司薪酬體系現(xiàn)行狀況的描述與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在對(duì)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,對(duì)內(nèi)公平性和薪酬激勵(lì)方面存在的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析LC公司采用能力薪酬體系在保持企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)
2、,促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展,吸引留住人才,滿足研發(fā)人員成長(zhǎng)需求方面所具有的重要意義。薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)過程中,結(jié)合LC公司研發(fā)人員的特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建能力模型,進(jìn)行能力評(píng)價(jià),將能力薪酬體系與寬帶薪酬融合在一起,形成適合于LC公司研發(fā)人員的薪酬方案。該方案既融入了能力相對(duì)價(jià)值的思想,又考慮了不同能力等級(jí)研發(fā)人員之間的差異性,二者相結(jié)合使薪酬體系更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,更顯激勵(lì)作用。論文最后對(duì)薪酬體系實(shí)施的保障措施,以及此次薪酬體系的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和局限性進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)薪酬體系設(shè)計(jì)做出了展望。關(guān)鍵詞:軟件企業(yè),能力薪酬,寬帶薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)Abstract.Softwarecom
