1、·1430·中草藥ChineseTraditionalandHerbalDrugs第47卷第8期2016年4月數(shù)據(jù)挖掘與復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的融合及其在中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用呂慶莉陜西中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院,陜西咸陽(yáng)712046摘要:傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)藥作為中華歷史的瑰寶,在經(jīng)歷時(shí)間淘洗后沉淀下大量的珍貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)和價(jià)值數(shù)據(jù)。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為數(shù)據(jù)處理及知識(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)的有效手段,分別從統(tǒng)計(jì)性和復(fù)雜性角度描述數(shù)據(jù),并被廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)藥學(xué)研究中。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘偏向于發(fā)掘表層統(tǒng)計(jì)規(guī)律,缺乏對(duì)于系統(tǒng)內(nèi)在機(jī)制的深入討論;復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)主要通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)角度描述系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),長(zhǎng)于在功能復(fù)雜性中發(fā)掘普適規(guī)律,
2、但在大數(shù)據(jù)處理中存在局限。分析了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘及復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)在中醫(yī)藥領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用及各自存在的問題,并給出2種模式整合的方法及框架,以腦血管疾病中醫(yī)用藥為例,構(gòu)建其中醫(yī)用藥屬性拓展網(wǎng)絡(luò),并結(jié)合改進(jìn)的重疊社區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)(COPRA)算法挖掘中醫(yī)用藥重疊社團(tuán),探討中藥方劑配伍規(guī)律。該方法可在原有基礎(chǔ)上有效發(fā)掘非頻繁項(xiàng)集的藥性關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)律,為中藥配伍提供依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)據(jù)挖掘;復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò);中醫(yī)藥;范式整合;配伍規(guī)律中圖分類號(hào):R28文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):0253-2670(2016)08-1430-07DOI:10.7501/j.issn.0253-2670.2016

5、nin-depthdiscussionoftheinnermechanismofthesystem;Whilethecomplexnetworkmainlydescribesthesystemstructurethroughtheperspectiveofnetworkandgoodatexploringtheuniversallawinthefunctionalcomplexity,buttherearelimitationsinthelargedataprocessing.Toanalyzeontheapplicationsandpr
