1、摘要本文以CEVA樹脂改性HCPE樹脂,同時(shí)選取磷酸鋅、玻璃鱗片等無毒顏料代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的紅丹、鉻酸鹽顏料,添加適當(dāng)?shù)闹鷦?,制備一種高性能的重防腐蝕涂料。HCPE與CEVA同屬乙烯基的含氯聚合物,根據(jù)兩種樹脂的優(yōu)點(diǎn),采用混合改性法。以CEVA良好的柔軟性彌補(bǔ)HCPE樹脂硬而脆的缺點(diǎn)。本論文在涂料配方中加入2%的CEVA樹脂,則能把HCPE涂料的抗沖擊強(qiáng)度從50cm·kg提高到90cm·kg,柔韌性從5mm提高到lmm。基于HCPE和CEVA兩種樹脂的溶解特點(diǎn),從毒性、極性、沸點(diǎn)、揮發(fā)速度和閃點(diǎn)等方面選擇二甲苯和環(huán)己酮組成混合溶劑。溶劑的溶解度參數(shù)6為18.42(J/cm
2、3)1尼與樹脂的溶解度參數(shù)17~23(J/cm3)m非常相當(dāng)。磷酸鋅是無毒防腐顏料中最具有代表性的品種,與基體反應(yīng)形成絡(luò)合物而保護(hù)底材。玻璃鱗片則在涂層載體中以重疊方式作平行于底材的定向排列,延長(zhǎng)了腐蝕介質(zhì)到達(dá)基材的時(shí)間而起到保護(hù)作用。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明磷酸鋅顯效延時(shí),前期防腐性能不明顯。把玻璃鱗片和磷酸鋅按12%和6%的量一起添加,兩者協(xié)同作用使得基材在前期和后期都能得到有效的保護(hù)。助劑在涂料體系中含量很少,各自添加量為O.5~2%。DBP為樹脂內(nèi)增塑劑,與CEVA共同提高了涂層的柔韌性。硬脂酸鈣能防止HCPE樹脂生成HCl,繼而生成H2而發(fā)生的漲桶現(xiàn)象。另外,選用WD6
