1、摘要為了制備具有酸溶性的共聚物乳液,我們選用含胺功能單體甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA),用半連續(xù)乳液聚合方法制備苯乙烯一丙烯酸丁酯一甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(St/BA/DMAEMA)Z元共聚物。乳膠加入其他填料可直接用于藥物包衣,簡(jiǎn)化了包衣生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,也克服了使用有機(jī)溶劑帶來(lái)的污染。水溶性單體DMAEMA共聚使得乳液聚合體系較為復(fù)雜,本文系統(tǒng)研究了乳化劑種類和用量、引發(fā)劑用量、聚合溫度、功能單體含量和單體加料方式及加料速率對(duì)聚合體系穩(wěn)定性及轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明DMAEMA存在使得體系穩(wěn)定性、轉(zhuǎn)化率都有所下降,減慢單體的加料速率則有利于聚合穩(wěn)定、轉(zhuǎn)化
2、率提高。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果還表明,對(duì)于本聚合體系半連續(xù)乳液聚合要優(yōu)于間歇法,種子半連續(xù)聚合法優(yōu)于無(wú)種子半連續(xù)法,而含AA的種子半連續(xù)乳液聚合比含DMAEMA的種子半連續(xù)乳液聚合無(wú)論在聚合穩(wěn)定性、轉(zhuǎn)化率及DMAEMA用量上都有很大的提高。本文還初步研究了在種子聚合過(guò)程中乳膠粒徑的變化,表明加料速率加快、單體中DMAEMA含量增大都使乳膠粒聚并現(xiàn)象明顯,粒徑增大。本文還研究了影響乳液成膜后酸溶性的因素,結(jié)果表明DMAEMA含量增大、共聚物分子量降低都有利于酸溶。關(guān)鍵詞:酸溶性,乳液共聚合,甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,藥用包衣材料乳膠粒聚并AbstractDimethylamin

6、ptimizationalprocessisseededcopolymerizafionusingasmallamountofAcrylicacid(AA)innucleationperiod.Thegrowthofparticleswasstudiedprimarilyintheseededcopolymerization,theresults-showthatincreaseofthefeedrateofmonomersandincreaseofcontentofDMAEMACanpromotecoagulation,obtaininglargeparti
