1、摘要本畢業(yè)設(shè)計的課題來源于煤礦工業(yè)運輸系統(tǒng)中采用固定式礦車運輸煤炭或矸石時，井上、井下翻礦車卸料的主要設(shè)備的參考題目。主要任務(wù)是設(shè)計卸料設(shè)備即翻車機的整體結(jié)構(gòu)及其控制部分。此次設(shè)計是在已有設(shè)備原理的基礎(chǔ)上對翻車機機構(gòu)進行獨立設(shè)計，重點是設(shè)計翻車機阻車器、定位裝置、傳動裝置等。翻車機有前傾式和滾筒式兩種翻卸方式，該設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，運行平穩(wěn)，生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)少，不需要地下建筑，節(jié)約基建投資，可廣泛用于煤炭、冶金、化工、建材等行業(yè)。本設(shè)計的電動翻車機采用滾筒式翻卸方式，其基本原理是推車機把一輛礦車推進翻車機后，翻車機翻轉(zhuǎn)180度將煤炭或矸石卸出并回到水平位置，同時推車機將
