1、提要目的：采用美國產(chǎn)ABMP型無創(chuàng)性便攜式動態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測儀對高血壓患者進行血壓晝夜節(jié)律變化分析，應(yīng)用心臟超聲技術(shù)檢查高血壓患者的左室舒張功能，探討高血壓患者血壓晝夜節(jié)律變化與左室舒張功能障礙的關(guān)系。方法：對70例高血壓患者行動態(tài)血壓監(jiān)測，監(jiān)測受試者的血壓晝夜節(jié)律，并依據(jù)其血壓晝夜節(jié)律對高血壓患者進行分組。對70例高血壓患者及40例健康者行心臟超聲檢查，利用二尖瓣血流頻譜和二尖瓣多普勒組織成像測量受試者的各項指標，評估左室舒張功能。比較高血壓晝夜節(jié)律各組及對照組的二尖瓣血流頻譜和二尖瓣多普勒組織成像指標，對高血壓患者血壓晝夜節(jié)律變化與左室舒張功能

2、障礙進行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果：1.與對照組比較，高血壓晝夜節(jié)律各組的二尖瓣血流頻譜和二尖瓣多普勒組織成像指標有明顯差異（P＜0.05）。2.高血壓患者血壓晝夜節(jié)律變化與二尖瓣血流頻譜及二尖瓣多普勒組織成像有明顯相關(guān)性（P＜0.01）。結(jié)論：1.高血壓血壓晝夜節(jié)律各組患者與健康對照組比較，二尖瓣血流頻譜及多普勒組織成像的多項指標數(shù)值有明顯差異，提示高血壓對心臟的損害。2.高血壓患者血壓晝夜節(jié)律變化與左室舒張功能障礙有明顯相關(guān)性，提示在高血壓病發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中，“非勺型”患者的左室舒張功能障礙發(fā)生率高于“勺型”患者，說明高血壓“非勺型”對心臟損害要重于
