1、中文摘要隨著我國人口老齡化趨勢(shì)的不斷加強(qiáng)，養(yǎng)老問題越來越受到社會(huì)關(guān)注。社區(qū)養(yǎng)老作為家庭養(yǎng)老和社會(huì)養(yǎng)老的有機(jī)結(jié)合點(diǎn)，有效地彌補(bǔ)了二者靜不足，蹶應(yīng)了人口老齡化的客觀需求，是一種更能滿足老年人意愿、更適合中國國情的養(yǎng)老服務(wù)方式。本文從人口老齡化的背景出發(fā)，對(duì)社區(qū)及社區(qū)養(yǎng)老進(jìn)行了概念界定，介紹了社區(qū)養(yǎng)老相關(guān)理論。在分析了我國城市社區(qū)養(yǎng)老的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題之后，對(duì)我國城市養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)有的政策和試點(diǎn)城市的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的研究，并總結(jié)出現(xiàn)有試點(diǎn)城市的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足，同時(shí)也分析和借鑒了英國和日本兩國的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最后，本文從政策法規(guī)、資金
