2、nbyChinaAcademyofRailwaySciences,itfoundthattherearelargeareasofkarstlayeralongtheYi-Wanrailwaybecauseofthekarstgeomorphology,andtheroadbedwassusceptibletocollapsesubjectedtothevibrationofthetrains.CRHrtmningontheYi—WanrailwayWasproposedagainbytheRailwayCorporationin2013,whichincreasedthe
3、burdenofrailwaysafety.AccordingtotherequirementoftheRailwayCorporation,theWuhanRailwayAdministrationtransformedthisrailwaytomakeitsuitablefortheCRHrtmningonjustafterthe2014SpringFestivaltransportation,andthediseasesmitigationofroadbedinkarstareawasthekeyconstructionproject.Basedontheinves
4、tigationbyChinaAcademyofRailwaySciencesandthedesignreportbytheChinaRailwaySiyuanSurveyandDesignGroupCo.,LTD,theWuhanRailwayAdministrationWorkEquipmentManagementDepartmentdesignedasetofaconstructionorganizationplansfocusingonthediseasesmitigationofroadbedinkarstareawhichprovidesastrongguar
5、anteeforthein-siteconstructionaccordingtotherelevanttechnicalstandardsandsafeconstructionmanagementrequirement.Detailsareasfollows:1.Basedonthepracticalinvestigationandtheoreticalanalysis,thisconstructionorganizationplanfocusedonthediseasesmitigationofroadbedinkarstareaalongtheYi—Wanrailw
6、aybythemeansofcombiningqualitativeanalysisandquantitativecalculation.Assafety,highqualityandhighefficiencywerethebasicgoalsinthedesignprocess,thisconstructionorganizationplancanleoutanoptimumproposalwit}lthecombinationofconstructiontechnology,personnelorganization,constructioncooperationa
7、ndreality.2.Theschemesofwithoutdisruptionofthenmningtrain,doublelinesimultaneousconstructioninsomesectionundertheslow-speedconditionandusinginclineddrillinggroutingtechnologywereproposedbythisconstructionorganizationplan,whichnotonlyensuredthenormaloperationofthetra
