1、提要目的：觀察丹梔逍遙散對(duì)橋本甲亢的臨床治療療效。方法：將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的橋本甲亢患者60例，采用隨機(jī)的方法分成兩組，觀察組30例，對(duì)照組30例。兩組均進(jìn)行飲食、運(yùn)動(dòng)方面的基礎(chǔ)治療，在此基礎(chǔ)治療上，對(duì)照組加服他巴唑和心得安治療，觀察組加服中藥丹梔逍遙散加減，觀察周期為4周。觀察治療前后患者臨床癥狀、體征及游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(FT3)、游離四碘甲狀腺原氨酸(FT4)、促甲狀腺激素（TSH）、甲狀腺球蛋白抗體（TGAb）、甲狀腺過氧化物酶自身抗體（TPO-Ab）、白細(xì)胞等臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)指標(biāo)的變化，并將兩組的綜合療效進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果：經(jīng)過4周的觀察后，中藥觀察組在改善患者臨床癥狀、體征方面
