2、度、pH值和接種齡。[結(jié)果]4種因素對地衣芽孢桿菌發(fā)酵影響的顯著性次序?yàn)椋河衩诐{>豆餅粉浸汁>蛋白胨>葡萄糖。培養(yǎng)基的最佳配比為：玉米漿0．45g，蛋白胨I．50g，豆餅粉浸汁為1：15，葡萄糖I．50g。最適宜種齡為l8h，接種量8％，起始pH值7．5，最佳溫度37．5℃，此條件下地衣芽孢桿菌對數(shù)生長期在14～20h，發(fā)酵周期為22～24h?；罹鷶?shù)每單位提高近l億個，發(fā)酵周期比經(jīng)驗(yàn)周期縮短10h。[結(jié)論]試驗(yàn)得出了地衣芽胞桿菌發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基的最佳配比及最佳培養(yǎng)條件，在此條件下培養(yǎng)，收獲菌體量大大提高，降低了
