1、勝任素質(zhì)論文:基于勝任素質(zhì)模型的T保險(xiǎn)公司管理干部培訓(xùn)需求分析【中文摘要】隨著中國(guó)加入WTO,我國(guó)的保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)加快了對(duì)外開(kāi)放的步伐,這使得國(guó)內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)公司的主體迅速增加,同時(shí)外資保險(xiǎn)公司也不斷涌入。對(duì)我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)而言,急劇擴(kuò)大的保險(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力不是資產(chǎn)量而是人才。調(diào)查顯示,我國(guó)目前保險(xiǎn)人才的供需比已經(jīng)失衡,專業(yè)人才匱乏是我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的軟肋,尤其是外資保險(xiǎn)公司大量進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng),使得人才總量離保險(xiǎn)業(yè)對(duì)保險(xiǎn)人才數(shù)量的實(shí)際需求出現(xiàn)了相當(dāng)大的差距。管理大師德魯克曾經(jīng)說(shuō)過(guò):“企業(yè)只有一項(xiàng)真正的資源——人,管理
2、就是充分開(kāi)發(fā)人力資源以做好工作”。在我國(guó)保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)中,人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將是長(zhǎng)期甚至殘酷的過(guò)程,也將是保險(xiǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的根本,它將直接關(guān)系到公司的生存發(fā)展。我們必須制定細(xì)致和切實(shí)的人才戰(zhàn)略加以應(yīng)對(duì)。隨著外資保險(xiǎn)的進(jìn)入所引起的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇,中高級(jí)人才短缺所形成的“瓶頸效應(yīng)”將越來(lái)越明顯地浮出水面,構(gòu)建有效的內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)體系成為中國(guó)保險(xiǎn)公司所面臨的最為迫切的問(wèn)題,而培訓(xùn)作為企業(yè)的人力資本投資,其成敗在很大程度上依賴于培訓(xùn)需求分析。因?yàn)榕嘤?xùn)需求分析是整個(gè)培訓(xùn)管理活動(dòng)的第一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),它決定了培訓(xùn)能否瞄準(zhǔn)正確的目標(biāo),進(jìn)而影響到能否設(shè)計(jì)與提供有針對(duì)性的培訓(xùn)課
