1、基于CAN總線技術(shù)的車輛懸架應(yīng)力測試系統(tǒng)研究摘要隨著車輛電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,車輛的舒適性和安全性越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。懸架系統(tǒng)是汽車重要的組成部分,其性能是影響汽車行駛平順性、操縱穩(wěn)定性和安全性的重要因素。改善車輛懸架系統(tǒng)的性能,保證其舒適、安全、可靠的運行,是車輛電子領(lǐng)域研究的核心內(nèi)容之一。因此,對車輛懸架的某些重要性能參數(shù)——彎矩、扭矩等狀態(tài)參數(shù)的實時實況測試是十分必要的。本文結(jié)合“某型車輛懸架橫臂的彎曲和扭轉(zhuǎn)動態(tài)應(yīng)力測試”科研項目,根據(jù)應(yīng)力測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計要求,在具體方案的選擇上,考慮到懸架應(yīng)力測試系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸量大、成本因素、以及現(xiàn)場總線的特點,選用CAN總線作為數(shù)據(jù)傳輸手段,提出了基于CA
2、N總線技術(shù)的車輛懸架應(yīng)力測試系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案。本文通過對車輛電子技術(shù)和總線技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,以及對CAN總線技術(shù)的研究,完成了車輛懸架應(yīng)力測試中動態(tài)應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的CAN模塊軟硬件設(shè)計及其實現(xiàn)方法。硬件平臺選用了32位ARM處理器作為CPU,擴展了串行口和CAN總線,制作了硬件電路板,軟件上主要是對CAN控制器驅(qū)動程序的設(shè)計。最后對CAN網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊距離和傳輸性能進行實驗驗證,結(jié)果表明CAN網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點能很好的滿足動態(tài)應(yīng)力測試對它的要求,驗證了方案的可行性和幣確性,.并很好的解決了實際問題。關(guān)鍵詞:車輛電子技術(shù),車輛懸架,CAN總線技術(shù),動態(tài)應(yīng)力,ARM處理器ResearchofStressTes
