1、合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文二苯乙烯苷的提取分離及在保健飲料中的應(yīng)用研究姓名:何競旻申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工及貯藏工程指導(dǎo)教師:陳從貴20050601二苯乙烯苷的提取分離及在保健飲料中的應(yīng)用研究摘要何首烏系蓼科植物何首烏的干燥塊根,為滋補良藥。藥理研究表明,何首烏中主要功能成分是2,3,5,4’.四羥基二苯乙烯一2一O—B—D一葡萄糖苷(簡稱為二苯乙烯苷),具有顯著的降低血脂、降膽固醇和保護肝臟的作用。超聲波技術(shù)在醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用廣為人知,但超聲技術(shù)在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工中的應(yīng)用卻較少。本研究利用超聲空化效應(yīng),從
2、何首烏中提取二苯乙烯苷,然后將分離富集的二苯乙烯苷應(yīng)用于降脂保健飲料的開發(fā)。本文通過單因素試驗和正交試驗重點研究了超聲波提取二苯乙烯苷的較佳工藝條件,并進一步研究了二苯乙烯苷的分離、覆盆子浸提等工藝以及復(fù)合保健飲料的各原料問的調(diào)配關(guān)系。試驗結(jié)果表明,二苯乙烯苷的超聲提取較佳工藝條件為:制首烏顆粒粒度為100目,提取溶劑為70%食用乙醇,固液比為1:50的,提取時間為7分鐘。二苯乙烯苷分離較佳工藝條件:上樣量20ml,洗脫溶劑為70%食用乙醇,洗脫溶劑流速為1.0ml/min,洗脫柱高為70cm,吸附時間為2
3、0min,洗脫溶劑用量800ml。覆盆子浸提工藝條件為:浸提溫度65℃,固液比1:30,加酶量0.7g/100ml,浸提時間60min。復(fù)合保健飲料配方:覆盆子汁用量40ml,復(fù)合配料中何首烏二苯乙烯苷、黃精多糖、銀杏黃酮的含量分別為:二苯乙烯苷O.06mg/ml、銀杏黃酮1.33mg/ml、黃精多糖27.8lmg/ml,蔗糖用量為49/100ml,檸檬酸用量為0.109/100ml。關(guān)鍵詞:何首烏二苯乙烯苷超聲提取保健飲料StudyontheExtractingandSeparatingofStilben
