2、患者的中位生存期分別為4．9個月和29．3個月，二者間差異有非常顯著性意義(=37．080，P<0．o1)。170例施行聯(lián)合臟器切除術患者的3、5年生存率分別為46．2％、22．8％；其中全胃切除術患者的3、5年生存率分別為54．9％、29．2％，明顯高于近側(cè)胃大部切除術患者的32．2％、12．5％()(2=7．589、P<0．o1，)(2=5．792、P<0．05)。術后病死率和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率分別為4．1％和24．1％。結論對于T4胃底賁門癌患者，只要術中沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)肝臟血行轉(zhuǎn)移、淋巴結廣泛轉(zhuǎn)移和腹膜種植轉(zhuǎn)移等，局部病變允許行聯(lián)合臟器整塊切
