1、摘要煤制取甲醇生產(chǎn)工藝是一種以煤作為原材料進(jìn)行甲醇生產(chǎn)的工藝流程。甲醇在有機(jī)化學(xué)領(lǐng)域中占有重要地位,也是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重大組成部分。隨著科技的進(jìn)步,甲醇燃料的應(yīng)用也大幅度上升。世界甲醇工業(yè)從90年代開始經(jīng)歷了1991-1998的供需平衡,1998-1999的供大于求,從2000年初至今的供求基本平衡三個基本階段。我國的甲醇工業(yè)經(jīng)過十幾年的發(fā)展,生產(chǎn)能力也得到了很大提高。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要是三塔甲醇精餾工藝,與傳統(tǒng)工藝相比新工藝能夠節(jié)約能量,節(jié)約軟水;但是同時新工藝增加了系統(tǒng)的藕合程度,加強(qiáng)了塔之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,提高了系統(tǒng)對于進(jìn)料波動的響應(yīng)的復(fù)雜性,給控制帶來了很大的難題。為了能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)新
2、工藝的工業(yè)應(yīng)用,對新工藝進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究。進(jìn)行工藝額度論證,物料衡算以及熱量衡算等。本設(shè)計(jì)采用煤炭為原料;利用Texaco煤氣化技術(shù)作為造氣技術(shù);低溫甲醇洗技術(shù)中的Linde工藝;中壓法一氧化碳加氫制甲醇工藝;嚴(yán)格地控制三廢排放,充分利用費(fèi)能,降低能源耗損,保證操作人員的人身安全。關(guān)鍵詞:甲醇;合成;精餾;計(jì)算AbstractCoalpreparationofmethanolproductionprocessisaprocessofcoalasrawmaterialformethanolproductionprocess.?Methanoloccupiesanimporta
