1、廣林九號(hào)桜葉精油的抑菌活性研究作者:m玉紅周琪頗俊華孟陸麗李梓來(lái)源:《湖北農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)》2013年笫21期摘要:研究了丿林九號(hào)^[EucalyptusurophyllaxEucalyptusgrandis(Guanglin9)]葉精油的抑菌活性。利用氣相色譜■質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)分析桜葉精油的化學(xué)成分,采用濾紙片法評(píng)價(jià)其抑菌活性,以平板稀釋法測(cè)定了粘:油的最小抑菌濃度。廣林九號(hào)桜葉粘油的主要成分有:1,8■桜葉油素(40.844%)、a■兼烯(24.221%)、a■松油醇(4.661%)、反式?松香芹醇(3.735%)、龍腦(2.762%
2、)、乙酸松油脂(3.592%)和松香芹酮(1.978%)。廣林九號(hào)桜葉精油對(duì)測(cè)試的菌種均有良好的抑菌活性,但對(duì)細(xì)菌和霉菌的抑菌效果有所差異。對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌(Staphylococusaureus)、枯草芽抱桿菌(Bacillussubtilis)、大腸桿菌(Escherichiacoli),黃曲霉(Aspergillusflavus)、黑曲霉(Aspergillusniger)和橘青霉(Penicillumcitrinum)的最小抑菌濃度分別為10、20、20、10、10、5mL/L。關(guān)鍵詞:廣林九號(hào)桜[Eucalyptus
