3、勢作預(yù)測；就停車供需問題進行了分析及論證，包括停車設(shè)施供給分析，停車設(shè)施需求分析和停車設(shè)施供應(yīng)與需求關(guān)系分析等三個方面；對停車設(shè)施進行局部完善，確定社會停車場中路內(nèi)外停車的合理規(guī)模，以期達到中心區(qū)交通系統(tǒng)的總體效益最大化；以城市出行費用最小的角度作為研究的出發(fā)點，對城市中心區(qū)的路內(nèi)、路外停車場的合理規(guī)模進行了研究，給出了這兩類停車設(shè)施的合理規(guī)模；在基于動、靜態(tài)交通平衡的基礎(chǔ)上，對單個社會公共停車場的規(guī)?？刂七M行了研究，給出了區(qū)域內(nèi)單個路外社會公共停車場的規(guī)?？刂评碚撃Ｐ?。本論文通過對以上內(nèi)容的研究，為有關(guān)停車場建設(shè)管理部門的決策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)，更好的解決城市交通問題。關(guān)鍵詞：交通工
